Events and Screenings
Anime clubs and conventions are a huge part of anime history.
We're doing our part to keep the tradition alive!
Most of the older generation of anime fans have fond memories of watching anime in libraries, convention screening rooms and clubs. We're delighted to see a new generation of fans discover the good stuff in the same way we did (although hopefully with better displays).
If you run a public library, an anime club, a convention, or any other venue that would like to screen one of our titles, please fill out the below form and we'll do our best to grant you permission. Due to the complexities of the industry and the legal system, we may not be able to help in every case.
In order to qualify, you MUST NOT charge admission for screenings. (If the screenings are part of a broader event, such as a convention, there must not be a separate fee for the screening.)
Film theaters wishing to offer a separate ticketed event should get in touch via the general contact form.
In the vast majority of cases, we can only grant permission within the United States and Canada.
Due to the number of requests we get, we cannot offer free discs for your screening. You will have to obtain them on your own.
