You thought The Final Chapter was the last Urusei Yatsura movie?

Nope, sorry! This time around there’s a girl named Lupica - there’s always a girl with an outlandish name in these movies - and she’s out to kidnap the most lecherous person in the universe! That’s Ataru Moroboshi, of course, and for some insanely contrived reasons he’s the only person alive who is able to snatch a mystical love potion. A love potion Lupica wants to win the heart of a mild-mannered intergalactic tofu deliveryman. She could just ask him out, but she’s too scared to, so instead decides brainwashing is the way to go. Things don’t go to plan, of course, and the love potion ends up being used on Ataru instead! He starts to go crazy and also bark like a dog for some reason, but that’s okay, because he was already a dog to begin with. Lum tries to save him despite this, the citizens of Tomobiki get really mad about the chaos, and it’s all a big mess, really.
